Yeshe Palmo: Exploring the Sacred Valleys of the Himalaya

Through our relationship with landscape we can transform our inner relationship with ourselves and the world in which we live.
Yeshe will talk about one of the many ‘bayul’ or ‘hidden valley’ in the Himalayan region called the ‘Valley of Happiness’ and explain the methods that are taught in order that one can spiritually develop by making pilgrimage to these places.
Yeshe Palmo studied secret valleys of the Himalayan region for her M.A. in Mystical and Religious Experience. During her time as a Buddhist nun (18 years) she travelled extensively in the Himalayan region.
